5A Molecular sieve
Introduction
● Ca model crystal structure，it is a kind of aluminosilicate of alkali metal 。
It can absorb molecules with critical diameter not larger than 5A。
Use
● It is available in purifying the air in air－separation equipment and
producing 2 O 、2 N and Ar .
● It is fit for the method of PSA that could be used in separating the air to make
2 O and 2 N ，meanwhile it can be used to separate and sublimate 2 H
from synthesis－ammonia－released gas and coke－oven gas。
● It can be used for the separation of isoparaffin and normal paraffins .
● It can do a good job in deep drying air、2 O and mixed air。

Regeneration
● We can regenerate molecular sieves by means of removing water absorbed ，either
by improving the temperature of the regeneration gases and blowing them or by
managing to vacuumize the facilities that contain the molecular sieves 。Note: the
regeneration efficiency has some thing with the temperature of the regeneration gas。
Storage
● Prevention against moisture
Package
● 25kg paper box ，paperboard bucket and steel bucket that is sealed with two
tiers plastics cloth in every package container 。
● As requirements of consumers。
Attention
● Since molecular sieve is easy to absorb moisture ，it is better to place it in dry place
and avoid to be exposed in the air。We can regenerate it in case it is of invalidation。
● The appropriate temperature to regenerate molecular sieves is under 350℃ and the
up limit of which is 600℃。
● Please let it away from water、lube oil、acid and alkali material。
